Lindsey
Lindsey brings extensive experience in business and strategic development across multiple industries, from large corporations to small enterprises. With an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. from University of Houston, she combines academic excellence with practical expertise to lead Grant Security Services, LLC. operations and growth strategy. Known for being action-oriented, resourceful, and strategic, Lindsey is a go-getter and highly empathetic leader dedicated to surpassing company objectives through diligence and excellence. Her educational foundation in business administration enhances her renowned ability to architect clear and durable security solutions that meet clients' unique needs. Beyond her professional achievements, she is passionate about spending time with family, community service, actively volunteering for multiple organizations and serving as a non-profit board member.
Byrone
Byrone possesses a wealth of experience in security and policing. He is confident, trustworthy, and accountable, with a strong aptitude for cultivating relationships and protecting communities. With over 25 years of experience, Byrone's career has advanced from a Correctional Officer to a Major of Correctional Officers for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Even beyond that, Byrone has also worked supervisory and coordinator roles in security services across various industries such as medical, retail, restaurant, construction, events, and more. For the last 5 plus years, Byrone has been an active peace officer in Houston and surrounding areas. Protecting and securing is in his blood, a part of his DNA since his adolescent days when family and friends depended on his guidance and leadership.
